Cloudglass - Windows 8 idea

Once more not a theme but a design
I collected some of my more or less good/useful ideas, how the Windows 8 UI could be improved.
Hope you like them

Ideas:
-Taskbar is always there
-Apps are also shown in the taskbar (but have a different style to desktop-apps)
-Desktop in subdevided into two parts (background and shortcuts), but if a window is opened, there will be only the background in the.. eh.. background)
-Startorb is back and leads to the appscreen (with a cool slidereffekt [that's why the taskbar is on top at the appscreen ])
